Relationships Better
Think back. When you were growing up, did you have open conversations about relationships, emotions, or sex?
For many adults, the answer is no. Most never received meaningful education on these topics at home or in school, leaving them to figure out some of life’s most important skills on their own. Now, add the influence of technology, social media, and even pornography and it’s easy to see how today’s children are often left to learn in ways that are confusing, misleading, or even harmful.
What if we could do it differently, better?
Research shows that teens and young adults want their parents to talk with them more about these topics, yet many parents feel uncomfortable or unsure of how to begin. Our programs change that. We give parents, tweens, and teens the tools to talk openly, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges together.
From puberty and sexual safety to healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, confidence, and pre-college preparation, we make sensitive topics easier to understand and discuss. With engaging, science-based guidance, we help families grow closer, communicate better, and thrive at every stage.

Parent Workshops
Big Feelings, Bright Futures
When asked what they want for their children’s future, most parents say they hope for success and happiness. Research shows that emotional intelligence (EQ) plays a critical role in reaching those goals. EQ is a set of skills that impact resilience, relationships, and overall well-being. Emotional intelligence also supports stronger school performance and long-term achievement. This science-based workshop provides parents with practical, ready-to-use tools they can apply right away to help their children manage big feelings and grow into confident, compassionate, and capable young adults.
How to Talk to Your Kids about Sex
Parents are their child’s first, and most important, sex educators. Yet many parents feel uncertain, uncomfortable, or unsure where to begin. This workshop helps parents become “askable parents,” creating the openness and trust that children need when questions arise or when bigger issues surface in adolescence. With a focus on age- and developmentally-appropriate conversations, parents will learn how to talk about bodies, relationships, and sexuality in ways that feel natural, honest, and supportive. By gaining confidence and practical tools, parents can guide their children toward safe, healthy choices and stronger relationships, now and in the years ahead.
